Constitution Place at 325 Chestnut Street is a 13 story, 200,000 square foot office building located within Philadelphia's Central Business District and the Independence historic area. The office building also includes 13,000 square feet of ground floor retail space. Located on the ground floor is Buddakan, one of Philadelphia's most highly regarded restaurants. Kaiserman Company acquired the building in 1996 and renovated it in 1997.
