The Bourse was originally constructed in 1895 and renovated by Kaiserman Company from 1979 to 1981. This ten-story restoration is made up of approximately 255,000 square feet of office space with 43,000 square feet of retail space on the ground level. Eight floors of office space are wrapped around a center atrium which spills natural light throughout the building.

In the heart of one of the most historic areas in the country, The Bourse provides an eating and shopping oasis. Sightseeing visitors and office tenants both enjoy the convenient food court and shop for souvenirs and unique one of a kind items. It's all housed in a spectacular Victorian building that's mere steps from the Liberty Bell. The Bourse, at 111 S. Independence Mall East, is located between Market and Chestnut Streets with entrances on both 4th and 5th Streets. Parking is conveniently located next door at The Bourse Garage.
